Privacy Policy

This describes what meedati collects, why, and what happens to your photos.

What we collect

• The email address you provide at checkout, for your payment receipt and in case we need to reach you about your order.
• The photos you upload, and the versions we generate from them.
• Basic payment details, handled by our payment provider — we never see your full card number.
• A small amount of usage data (which steps of the process you reach) to understand and improve the product.

Your photos are not used to train AI models

We send your photos to third-party AI services to restore, colorize, and animate them, strictly to produce your order. We do not use your photos to train any model, ours or anyone else's, and we don't share them for any other purpose.

How long we keep your photos

Your original photos, generated versions, and the finished video clips are automatically deleted from our servers 90 days after your order is completed. The private link to your order stops working once the files are deleted.

Who else sees your data

To produce and deliver your order, we work with a small number of service providers:

• An AI restoration/colorization provider, and an AI video provider — to process your photos.
• A payment processor — to handle your payment.
• An email delivery provider — for order-related messages, if we ever need to send you one.

Each only receives what it needs to do its part of the job.

Moderation

Uploaded photos are automatically screened before processing, to keep the Service safe from illegal or abusive content.

Cookies and local storage

We use a small number of functional cookies — for example, to remember your language preference — and store your order's address in your browser's local storage, so you can find your way back to it without an account or an email link. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your data at any time, before the automatic deletion above. Write to hello.meedati@gmail.com.

Children

The Service is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time; the date above reflects the latest version.
