Frequently asked questions
Yes. Restoration is careful by default, every version is shown next to the original, and you can always keep the original face.
Scans or a clear phone photo of the print. Best results: visible faces, one to three people. Very small or blurry faces still work, and we warn you before you use that photo.
Yes. A gentle breath and gaze, a soft smile, a slow camera move or a light breeze. Nothing more dramatic than that, on purpose.
If it's our fault, say a face changed or nothing moved, we redo it for free. If you simply want a different movement, every album includes two free re-dos.
Yes. The link opens on any phone, tablet or laptop and plays on its own. Every clip can also be downloaded.
