Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of meedati ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

What the Service does

You upload up to 5, 10 or 20 photos, depending on the album you choose. We restore and colorize them, and animate them using third-party AI models. You receive a private link to view the result and download the video clips.

Your photos

You must own the photos you upload, or have the right to use them and to have them processed by our service and its third-party providers. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, or any content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.

Uploaded photos and processed results are automatically deleted from our servers 90 days after your order is completed. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Payment

Orders are paid in advance. Prices are shown at checkout. See our Refund Policy for when a refund is available.

Service availability

We rely on third-party AI providers to restore, colorize, and animate your photos. Processing times and results can vary, and in rare cases a specific photo may not animate successfully. We use automated checks to retry failed results, and offer a limited number of do-overs per order — see the product for current details.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to process content you don't have the right to use, to harass or impersonate others, or to attempt to disrupt or abuse the Service.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept it.
